With more than 13 years of experience in Human Resources, Duc has worked across technology, retail, banking, education, and consulting, holding management roles in People & Culture, HR Business Partnering, and HR Data Analytics at organizations including Canada International School, EQuest Education Group, and Mobile World Group.

His practical expertise covers HRBP model development, organizational design and workforce planning, competency frameworks, KPI/OKR and performance management, HR analytics, management dashboards, and the digitalization of HR processes through ERP/HRIS platforms. This foundation enables him to approach technology through real-world people and HR challenges.

A key area of his expertise is the application of AI and automation in Human Resources. He has directly developed AI automation systems and more than 10 AI Agents to support a range of HR activities, with the aim of reducing repetitive work, improving productivity, and enabling HR professionals to make better use of data in their work and decision-making.
