With more than 20 years of experience in human resources management, education, and people development, Vu Thi Thu Hang has held management and executive roles at FPT, HiPT, Vingroup, and EQuest Education Group.

At Global Career Path, Hang works directly with school students, university students, working professionals, and HR professionals as they navigate important decisions related to career direction, career transition, and professional development. She also advises schools, educational organizations, and businesses on people and organizational development challenges.

Her professional foundation in career development is strengthened by two international certifications: JCTC – Job and Career Transition Coach and JCDC – Job and Career Development Coach. Together, these programs address two important dimensions of the career journey: supporting individuals through job transitions and changes in career direction; and helping them develop capabilities, build career pathways, and manage their careers over the long term.

Combining this foundation with practical management experience, coaching, mentoring, and career assessment tools, Hang follows a consistent principle: not to make choices on behalf of clients, but to help them understand themselves and their context, build a sound basis for their decisions, and turn those decisions into action.
